Act 1 – We’re all futurists!
Through anecdote, story and examples Morris shares with the audience his belief that in the last two years we have experienced ten years of technological change, in the next ten years we will experience 100 of change and this century we will experience e 1000 of change. Morris goes on talk about why every member of the audience is a closet futurist naturally curious about what’s ahead and making decision everyday, based on their own unique vision of what they believe tomorrow will look like.

Act 2 - How ready are for your future? – The Quiz
Morris chooses words and phrases from tomorrow’s dictionary, such as synthetic worlds, vlogs, Emo’s, anti brands, cyberchondriacs, free love, cloud computing and RFID and challenges the audience, in an on stage quiz, to guess the right answer from four given alternatives.
This begins their journey into discovering the world, language and culture of the world of tomorrow.
Morris has hundreds of future words and phrase choices and will pick the most appropriate to your event and audience and required outcomes, but if there is a particular word, phrase or concept that you would like him to use please let him know.

Act 3 - Future Snapshots
A series of quick overviews of key horizon scanning and trend influences Morris foresees.
These include a mixture of demographics, economics, technology, longevity and aging, key business influencers, the rise and influence of on line communities and whatever else may be ahead.

Act 4 - Look what they’ve done to me!
Using an historical perspective Morris shows the audience the way things used to be and how they have since been innovated.
This may include 1902 skyscrapers vs. revolving buildings of 2008, computers from the 1960’s vs. 2015, cars from 1890’s vs. cars of 2020. It’s a great fun way for audience to see innovation as normal and natural.

Act 5 - Your industry or company in the year 2020
Visit the ghosts of your industry past and present, before spending time with the ghost of your industry future.
Morris will show you the DNA of your industry’s and business future, of technology and work practices that will impact your bottom line.
Together you will explore bleeding edge websites, tour through best practice examples and explore how your world will change and how you may have to evolve to ensure your continued success.
Morris always finds a way to show and tell you what’s ahead, often filming, or mashing, his own videos to show you your future and allow you to experience first hand, what he sees ahead for you.

Act 6 - Escape to Success
Morris’s signature story taken from his ten years as a prison chaplain. In this inspiring story, told towards the end of the presentation, Morris recounts an incident that changed his and the prisoner’s life and view of the future forever.
